Hi, Croquet Friend:
I'm delighted to share an actual, real-life croquet event coming soon to a Cambridge near you!
This is NOT my event -- I'm only sharing the info.
This is put on by the Cambridge Croquet Club. I've tried to contact them on and off for several years (they've got a spiffy website (http://www.cambridgecroquetclub.com/)), but never heard a word back.
Today, out of the blue, they sent an invitation to play -- quelle surprise!
They say: "Our professionally trained staff, members and volunteers are eager-to-educate you in the game of 9 wicket Croquet" -- sounds alright to me!

Looks like a fun way for a bunch of beginners to get some fancy-pants learnin'!
