Is the book always better than the movie? Does the movie add something missing from the book? Is TV the best medium for a book adaptation? All these questions and more will be explored as we watch, read, and discuss our favorite stories that made their way from the page to the screen!

Our first meeting will focus on the 1986 film Stand By Me, directed by Rob Reiner and based on the novella The Body by Stephen King.

Registration must be made through the library's event calendar and opens May 24. Here is the link: [ https://sbpl.libnet.info/event/16076774](https://sbpl.libnet.info/event/16076774)
