Lets do some backpack camping in Governor Dodge!

Lets do some backpack camping! This is a fairly simple trip with a 0.5 mile hike-in. You'll need some way to carry your gear, but at least you won't have to carry it far, so you can feel free to bring some extra amenities if you like.

Currently, I have site 803 in Governor Dodge State Park reserved, which has a limit of 6 people. If more than 6 people wish to sign up, there is another site nearby (still available as of this posting) that could be reserved to raise the event cap to 12.

You will be expected to provide all your own gear and be responsible for your own safety for this trip. A $5 fee to cover reservation costs should be paid to the event coordinator at the time of the event in cash or by PayPal. Any vehicles brought into Governor Dodge need to have a state park sticker. If needed, we can arrange some equipment sharing and/or car pooling in the comments!
