Agenda:
We plan to start with this First 1.5 hour Meet up at Rose Garden , Faridabad. We plan to start with introductions during the medium paced walk for 30 min. After that we do Omkar Meditation for 10 min. Then Pranayam for 30 min.We can then have optional 10-15 min of light exercises for joints , mostly sitting. The level of exercises is v basic n light, suitable for all.We will make it meditative with breath awareness combined with the exrcises.Last, we have relaxation/Shavasan for 5-10 min.We have a 5 min laughter session post that, to begin the rest of day in a cheerful way.
Results expected:
Reduced stress levels.Motivation building to follow this schedule in our daily lives for improved wellness.Improved happiness throughout the day.
What to wear/What to Bring:
Loose comfortable clothes, preferably cotton, and comfortable walking shoes.Yoga mat/bedsheet to sit on for Pranyam and exercise.Water bottle.Be sure to carry your handkerchiefs.
