Come learn about the early spring wild edibles & medicine growing in our area!
This park is full of tasty wild edibles, medicinal spring "weeds", water loving plants surrounding a lake and we may even find a few mushrooms.
We will discuss their culinary, medicinal, and practical uses and I’ll have some pre-washed samples for you to taste.
20% of profits will go to making herbal care packages for unhoused and underserved communities.

Come learn all about the wild plants that support your health and beauty. Participants will be introduced to a tree that alleviates toothaches, an invasive vine that reduces cellulite, a water loving plant that soothes poison ivy, and some common garden weeds that block fat, decrease wrinkles and much more.
In the hands on portion of this workshop we will prepare an herbal oil infusion for skin health and harvest a couple of plants for future use. Each participant will go home with their own infusion and other wild health and beauty recipes.
