Would you like to join us to explore how we can make the Northern Ireland Assembly Election better?
Who we are;
We are a small team of developers and election nerds who want to make our electoral processes more open and transparent. The main part of our work is to produce datasets and visualisations of the Northern Ireland Assembly elections.
This is a volunteer project and we are independent of any political party or candidate.
Though we use data produced by the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland, we are not associated with them in any way.
Our aims;
We want to increase the transparency of individual election processes and use election monitoring through the crowdsourcing of election results during the counting process.
We aim to improve the effectiveness of the Electoral Office data by showing the Electoral office what should be done with the data they hold.
We want to increase voter participation in elections
We want to increase citizens understanding of the election process and its impact.
We need your help. Whether you're an election nerd, data nerd, citizen nerd or just want to help you're more than welcome!
