Farset Labs is back with another edition of our ELI5 speaker series, proudly sponsored by ENSO Recruitment! ENSO is a local recruitment company specializing in the tech industry, and we’re thrilled to have their continued support in fostering knowledge-sharing and curiosity within our community.

The Theme: Transition

Change is inevitable, but transition is an art.
How do transitions shape your world? Are you moving between technologies, careers, industries, or ideas? Have you experienced or led a transition that others could learn from?
Whether it's technical, personal, societal, or scientific, if you can break it down for a lay audience, we want to hear it!

The Audience:
If you love learning, questioning, and expanding your horizons, this event is for you. No topic is off-limits, as long as you can deliver it in a way that’s engaging, accessible, and within the ELI5 format.
The event has two parts: an invited section and a free-for-all section, separated by a beer, soft drinks, hot food, and fresh fruit intermission.

The Rules:
7 minutes max to explain your topic.
Short open Q&A after each talk.
No slides! Non-projected visual aids are highly encouraged, and projectors may be considered for live demonstrations.
Before the event and during the break, speakers (both invited and spontaneous) should write a 3-5 word synopsis of their topic on the blackboard along with their name.
