Team Topologies (Blockers to Flow + Team Interaction Modeling) @ Booking.com

In this rendition of the Fast Flow meetup we're going to take a step away the one directional talks and instead make things more interactive.

We're going to work with Team Interaction Modeling to identify, classify, and model team structures and interactions within your organization. You'll discover how to evolve team interactions using the four Fundamental Team Types (Stream-aligned, Enabling, Complicated Subsystem, and Platform) and three Team Interaction Modes (Collaboration, X-as-a-Service, and Facilitation).
