This is a program designed to transform our beliefs and mindset through a 12-step process focused on connection, contribution, and collaboration. The program includes weekly meetings on Thursdays at 5:30 PM (Central OKC time). The purpose of these meetings is to provide mutual support and learn how to access our power and create a life by design. The group has established guidelines that include refraining from gossip, dominance, discussion of religion, treatment centers, self-help programs, counseling, advice-giving, and the use of materials other than those approved by the ONE TAP MINDSET literature principles. Our purpose in this meeting is to gather for one hour to support each other and learn about accessing the power to create a life by design.
It is important to keep the focus on ourselves and not others.
Newcomers are welcome to join and listen to our process, and we encourage you to introduce yourself so we can make you feel welcome. Thank you for attending and showing up for yourself.
During the meeting, we will share our experience, strength, and hope in applying the 12 steps of the ONE TAP MINDSET. These steps include taking complete ownership, seeking truths, speaking truths into wisdom, developing inner communication, understanding and knowing the heart-mind-body connection, releasing and rewiring all stories, pains, hurts, data, and programs within ourselves, transforming with playfulness, integrating all unpleasant memories, creating meaningful relationships with ourselves and others, cultivating ultimate forgiveness, observing and experiencing with non-judgment, creating empowerment with intention, and living with a passion to become highly emotionally intelligent.
