Come together for a weekly zoom meeting to study, discover, strategize and integrate the learning in a community of aligned individuals. This masterclass will provide structure to practice intermittent fasting for 4 weeks in preparation for a 72 hour water fast, followed by a bespoke re-feed plan created with exquisite care.
