We're a group of guys determined to get off the couch and onto the path to fitness. Walking, talking, and supporting each other along the way, we're here to make sure no one walks the journey alone.

Just 30 minutes a few times a week can make a world of difference in your health and mindset. And if our scheduled walks don't fit your schedule, no worries! Start your own and invite us along.

But it's not just about walking – we're planning healthy potlucks, beer walks (because why not?), and other activities to keep things fun and engaging. Plus, who knows? You might find your new workout partner or diet buddy right here.
