​Fatherhood Circle
Becoming a father is a profoundly life-changing experience, bringing immense joy and a renewed sense of meaning, and also new challenges and responsibilities. As our lives shift towards being more fully in service of our loved ones, it can be hard at times to keep a strong connection with our inner world, our partners, and our communities.

The Fatherhood Circle provides a space to find depth and connection with other dads, a sense of brotherhood, and genuine support.

During each session, we hold space for each other in an open-hearted way, communicate authentically, and listen deeply, sharing the joys, the discoveries, and the challenges of our journeys. Together, we explore and nourish our inner world to become more fully present, loving, and aware in our lives and relationships.

Everyone is welcome - whether you already are a father, about to become one, or simply wondering whether to embark on this wonderful journey.
Doors open at 19:00; the event begins at 19:30.

Ticket: 10 euros at the door.

Structure
Each meeting opens with a guided meditation to land and tune in.
This is followed by a traditional men’s circle, where each person has time to check in and share what’s alive for them at this moment. This is also a precious opportunity for the rest of the group to practice deep listening.
After a short break, we explore one of the themes that emerge organically during the initial sharing. We break down into smaller groups for a deeper inquiry before coming back together for a final “harvesting” of any insights that arise.
