Let's break a sweat together and take a step closer to our fitness goals!

Perform+ is a strength-based focus on foundational lifts such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc. In this class you will learn proper form and train all planes of movement while progressively building strength and endurance.

Use your app to register for the class. Registration opens up two days prior (Sunday).
We'll meet on the turf which is where the class takes place.
