Join us for a neurodivergent social hour and bring all of your tips, tricks, and ADHD life hacks.

Life hacks for all things sensory, special interest, executive functioning, social, relational, professional, or even emotional and psychological. If it works for you - we want to hear about it :)

Donations are encouraged to help pay for Zoom & Meetup expenses.

This is a safe space for the Neurodivergent Community to visit and share with one another, but most importantly, a safe space for deeper connection and belonging.

A space to let your guard down and open up about anything and everything "neurodivergent-life".
A space to safely leave your masks at the door.
A space to present as your authentic self – your quirky, quiet, bold, strange, outside of the box, blunt, inquisitive, unashamed self.
No need for walking on eggshells, overthinking, ruminating, self-doubting, or wondering in this space. No need for Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria…or logging out and shaming yourself for anything you did or didn’t say, did or didn’t do, show up or not show up in the way you intended.

This is an event that bridges a common space – where we all ‘get it’…and get each other.
