Weekly Hike: Cape Fear River Trail (Jordan Soccer Complex)

Let’s start our hikes for 2026 somewhere familiar!

We will meet at the trailhead in the parking lot at 9 am. I suggest dressing in layers and bringing rain gear as there is a 75% chance of rain during our hike.

Connectivity issues are preventing me from updating the location. We will be hiking from the Jordan Soccer Complex side.

Weekly Hike Info:

The goal is to meet up every week to go on hikes around the area. I am testing out to see if making the weekly hike a repeating event will work for us.

Feel free to comment in any of the event pages where you’d like to go hiking.

We will decide on the hike for that week no later than the Wednesday prior.

Also please keep in mind that some weekends I may have to cancel due to personal conflicts.
