We meet to conduct long training runs for marathons and half marathons. Most of us use Hal Higdon's or Jeff Galloway's training plans based upon Hal Higdon's training philosophy. Our goal is to run for fun, fitness, and friendship.

We have runners training for marathons and half-marathons and have hydration points on our course at the 2, 6, 10, 12, 14 mile points. Below is the mileage for this week:

Chicago (week 12): novice 1 - 12 miles, novice 2 & Intermediate 1 - 13 miles

Marine Corps (week 10): novice 1 - 15 miles, novice 2 & Intermediate 1 - 17 miles

New York & Fresno (week 8): novice 1 - 13 miles, novice 2 & Intermediate 1 - 15 miles
