Spring is here and yoga in the park is back! Join us for an all levels gentle vinyasa class created to guide you to explore a deeper connection to yourself through breath and movement. My intention is for yogis to leave practice feeling more balanced, energetic and ready to start the week ahead!
Please bring mat, water and any props you may need for comfort and support.
