A short ride on the Armand Bayou loop

Only an 11 mile loop or so. I usually ride this on the hike/bike trail (this is asphalt) and the bike lane, so speeds are pretty limited. There's really only one stretch that let's you speed up at all, and that, of course, is where there is no shoulder at all on a high speed road with some traffic.
