The business side of being a successful product development specialist (inventor) has many facets. Sydnee Mack, Esq. is an Atlanta-based attorney who focuses her practice on Small Business, Sports & Entertainment, and Trademark Law. In addition to her work as a law firm owner, Sydnee is the author of 10 Steps to StartUP. She will be sharing her insights on structuring your business as you prepare for a successful 2019. There are 3 areas of consideration that she will highlight as our guest speaker for our December meeting:

While her book covers many important elements, Sydnee will be open to any questions about building a successful business. She

has extensive experience in the area of trademark registration and maintenance. She has worked with companies to manage and protect trademark portfolios that included over 500 marks.

During her career as a sports and small business attorney, Sydnee has served as outside general counsel for the Golf USA Tee Time Coalition, legal counsel for the Women in Golf Foundation and trademark counsel for the BYOB (Build Your Own Brand) Society. She also served as a legal intern for major sports organizations including: the PGA Tour, The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and the Atlanta Hawks.
