The NYC Shamanic Circle November gathering will use the medicine of the bear to honor the Indigenous Native American Ancestors of the land & our call towards spiritual hibernation as the seasons change.

•Bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on as well as drum or other shamanic instrument
•Bring an offering for the altar
•Post ceremony stay to hang out around the fire & if you would like bring food or drink to share.
•No experience necessary. Circle is for all levels & all are welcome!
