Thursday Morning Adams Morgan Run

EVENT: Thursday Morning Adams Morgan Fun Run (affiliate run with Keith's Columbia Heights run group - est. 2013)

DESCRIPTION: Join our fun run group as we explore Adams Morgan, neighboring Rock Creek and Meridian Hill Park, as well as Dupont, Kalorama, Cleveland Park and Woodley Park neighborhoods.

We are a fun and social run club that likes to explore different neighborhoods. We welcome all runners that wish to join, and many of us stay for coffee at Philz afterwards.

LOCATION: in front of Philz Coffee, 1827 Adams Mill Rd NW

TIME: 7:00am. Ends in same location at 8:00am

DISTANCE: Between 3.5 to 4.5 miles

PACE: We welcome all runners, but the main group runs between 9-10 minute mile pace.
