This introductory series is an excellent way to “dip your toes” in mindfulness and meditation. We will explore what mindfulness is, why it is such a beneficial practice and how meditation can promote and support mindfulness. You will receive clear and simple instruction in a variety of techniques that will allow you to begin your practice right away You will be supported by weekly emails, a short free e-book as well as audio recording. Expect 20 to 30 minutes of daily home practice.
