Achilles Ottawa has their weekly group run on Thursday evenings at 6 pm, meeting at 715 Mooney’s Bay Place (https://maps.google.com/?q=715+Mooney%E2%80%99s+Bay+Place&entry=gmail&source=g).
We ask people to rsvp just so we can attempt to coordinate VI runners and guides.
