This group is led by a Certified Group Psychotherapist based on a model of group therapy that has been proven to help individuals improve unsatisfying, frustrating or disappointing relationships, decrease loneliness and isolation, improve self-esteem and so much more.

This group meet weekly in Encino on Mondays from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. Please note that the fee is $60/session. There will be a free consultation prior to their entering the group. I can work with most insurance plans as an out-of-network insurance provider.
