Day Tripper Series - Bancroft or Bust

This will be a day trip to Bancroft. If you wish to make it an overnight you are on your own.

We will leave from our meetup location at the Wasaga Beach Tim Horton's at Walmart. Then we go out through Elmvale, Moonston to HWY 12, then drive through Orillia, up through Minden and Dorset and we enter Algonquin Park looping around to Bancroft. We will break every 2 hours or so. We will spend an hour in Bancroft for lunch then do our return ride to Collingwood. We did this trip in August of 2015 and was amazing and scenic. Please see the map below - it is an approximation map. This journey is approximately 8 hours of driving. You should be home for dinner, but maybe not. It's all part of the adventure.

KSU will be for 730am on Saturday at the Wasaga Beach Walmart Tim Horton's. Go early to caffeinate. Have your gas tank full!
