💽 Remix-JHB was started with the dream of being a share and learn workshop. We're excited to share our excitement with this project with you and we hope that at some point, you will be able to show off your own awesome project.

This will be an in-person event hosted at 2 Venus St, Melrose, Johannesburg, 2196. There will be covid protocols in place.

Nardus Saayman is a frontend dev samurai ⚔️ and compSci alum 👨‍🎓 with fresh experience in both ⚛️ React & 📐 Angular, he has a passion for building slick 🕶️ & cosy 🛋️ user experiences, for which Remix has proven to be an excellent tool which ticks all his boxes ☑️

Mike Murray is a senior frontend dev imposter 🥷with a penchant for bouncing between important topics from a11y 🦾 to XKCD. Superfan of Svelte 🦸‍♂️, veteran of Vue 🪖 and wrangler of React 🤠, Mike has a background managing multinational 🌍 projects. As a DX zealot, he has found Remix to be a breath of fresh air and it is now his 🕸️ weapon of choice
