Welcome to “Fear of Public Speaking | الخوف من التحدث أمام الجمهور”.
This group is for anyone who feels nervous, anxious, or even terrified at the idea of speaking in front of others. We are not trainers or therapists; we are people who share the same fear and want a safe, non-judgmental space to practice together.
Our goal is simple: create a supportive environment where we can take small steps, try speaking in front of a friendly group, and learn from each other’s experiences. There is no pressure to be perfect, and you can participate at your own pace: listen, share, or speak when you feel ready.
At our events, we will do things like short introductions, very simple speaking exercises, and optional prepared mini-talks, followed by kind, constructive comments from the group. The focus is always on feeling safe, being understood, and taking one small step further than last time.
If you are looking for a place to practice, feel understood, and gradually build comfort with public speaking, you are welcome to join us. This is a peer support and practice group, not a professional course, and we make no guarantees, just a shared commitment to show up, support one another, and improve over time.
