Fearless Speakers

Communication & Public Speaking for Career Growth. Many professionals do excellent work but remain unnoticed because they are uncomfortable speaking in front of others. This group exists to change that. Our goal is simple: to help working professionals become visible, credible, and recognized at their workplace through public speaking and communication.

Under this one group, you get access to three clubs. Each serves a different need — choose the one that suits where you are today:

Cosmos (in-person) — If fear is your starting point, begin here. Cosmos is an in-person club for overcoming the fear of public speaking. You practice in a supportive room, face a real audience, and gradually replace anxiety with comfort.

Voice Amplifiers (online) — If you can speak but lack regular practice, this keeps your momentum. Voice Amplifiers is an online Toastmasters-style club where you speak consistently, build public speaking confidence, and don’t lose the progress you’ve made.

Maxwell Speaker Club — If your challenge is at work — meetings, presentations, speaking to seniors, being heard — this club teaches workplace communication based on the John Maxwell method: how to express ideas clearly, influence decisions, and communicate like a leader.

You may join one club or all three. Start where your need is, and move between them as you grow. What matters is that you speak regularly — because visibility, credibility, and recognition come to professionals who can communicate, not just to those who work hard.
