Talk 1 Abstract - Hopsworks Feature Store 2.0, a new paradigm
Since launching Hopsworks Feature Store at the end of 2018 as the first open-source Feature Store for ML, we have learnt many lessons of running a Feature Store in production, at customers such as the world's biggest betting company PaddyPower. In this talk, we introduce a new API to our feature store available in Hopsworks 2.0. We name our new API `HSFS` (HopsworkS Feature Store) and we will look at some of the improvements and key features that the new API brings.

Bio: Jim Dowling is CEO of Logical Clocks and an Associate Professor at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. He is lead architect of the open-source Hopsworks platform, a horizontally scalable data platform for machine learning that includes the industry’s first Feature Store.
