Come join me to learn flag dancing (flagging) - learn how to spin and move weighted fabric in mesmerizing patterns in the air! For some, it's a dance. For others, a great workout. It can also be a meditation in action - a space where time stops and the eternal moment of joy exists...see for yourself what it is to YOU - a personal experience.
I've moved to a new location (the North Hollywood studio closed). Our new room is in a large studio with hardwood floors and a wall of mirrors (so you can see and adjust your movements more easily). We're in the mid-Wilshire district, with an adjacent parking lot inside a beautiful spacious church complex.
We welcome all adults and experience levels. Once you try it, you'll be hooked!
$10/class price includes flag rental. Flags are made of an iridescent lamé material. Lamé flags are also available for purchase in a variety of colors.
Parking is available in the adjacent church parking lot, or on the street. Street parking is metered, so please read the street signs.
