Feed the Soul Yoga & Potluck, weekly on Wednesdays starting August 4th 2021!
Community based donation YIN yoga followed by a potluck. Come for donation yoga, bring a dish to share afterwards! Great for all levels and ages! Long held floor poses, helps with stress and anxiety, deepen flexibility, improves circulation, calms and balances mind and body, Releases fascia and improves joint mobility and Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana.
