Clement Farm Disc Golf

I can't believe it's been over 2 months since I last got out to play some disc golf, but the weather next weekend looks really promising. So let's head out to Clement Farm and get a round in next Saturday! It's supposed to be in the 50s with a pretty low chance of rain, so if that holds up, it's pretty perfect for disc golf. Clement Farm is one of my favorite courses, and is easy to get to, right off 495.
