Is there a part of you that feels blocked and you're not sure how to access it? Or perhaps you are bursting with creativity but you can't seem to begin?

This Kundalini Activation session is a powerful way to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, unlock your creativity, let go of anything that is holding you back and experience a deeper sense of clarity, calm, and connection all from the comfort of your own home.

Allow yourself to be guided through a powerful transformation, nothing is needed from you but your presence, you don't need to 'do' anything.

Simply lie down, relax, and allow your body and energy to respond in whatever way feels natural to you. All that I ask of you is to not place any judgements on your body about how it wishes to express this energy and allow it to move through you with ease without pressure or expectation. Whether your experience is subtle or intense, active or still, everything is welcome. If you feel uncomfortable remember that you are always in control of your body, and you can pause or stop at any time.

Soften, let go & reconnect with your true essence

During the session you may feel a plethora of sensations arise such as;

- Warm or cool sensations in the body
- Spontaneous movements or total stillness
- You might make unexpected noises (try not to judge these and allow them to be released)
- Emotional release or waves of feeling
- Visions, insight, clarity
- A deep sense of peace or 'coming home'
- Simply a deep feeling of relaxation

How the session is structured:

  • Opening check in to gently arrive in to the space
  • Light movement to release and open the body
  • Chanting/Vocal activation to open the throat and pelvic energy centres
  • Kundalini Activation (guided music + energy transmission, approx. 1 hour)
  • Closing integration

Preparing for the session:

To receive the most from the experience:

  • Create a cosy, safe environment where you won't be disturbed
  • Please settle in to your space 10 minutes early so you can arrive relaxed
  • Wear soft, comfortable clothing
  • Lie on a mat or something soft on the floor (I don't recommend the bed or sofa as it might be harder for your body to feel it can move freely)
  • Have a blanket if you know you may feel cold and a pillow if you would like something for your head
  • Optional: eye mask if you need something to feel totally immersed/headphones if you find it easier to be fully immersed with the music
  • The music does need to be loud and so if you feel you need to let anyone in your house know to feel fully comfortable please do so.
  • Avoid eating 3-4 hours before the session (some people fast for the whole day before and this can intensify the experience)
  • Avoid caffeine or stimulants
  • Avoid alcohol or substances for at least 48 hours prior

This work can be powerful and may bring up physical sensations or emotions.

It is not suitable for anyone currently experiencing psychosis mania, delusional thinking, or untreated severe mental health conditions. Please honour your own readiness before joining.

Final Words

Come exactly as you are.
You don't need to be more 'ready,' more 'healed,' or more 'spiritual.' Your presence is enough.
