First Improv class targeted to help professionals improve their performance and communication skills and move on to the next level.

Please Note:
No previous acting or improv experience required!
The classes are limited to a small group of 14, which allows me to work closely with each participant for greater results. They therefore fill up very quickly!

• Rules of improv and how to make the most of the practice
• Introduce monthly topic and objective for the session (Each month we focus on a specific skill)
• Insights on building the right mindset for confidence and assertiveness

Improv & Drama Games

• Let’s get physical and strip away our habitual ways of moving
• Fun and interactive series of individual, group and paired practical exercises
• Unlock powerful ways of expression through drama games, body and vocal training
• Highlight the essential elements of human communication

Improv & Real-Life Scenarios

• Explore real-life scenarios (presentations, negotiation settings, upcoming interviews, difficult conversations)
• Implementation time! More stage time to practice the skills learned
• Receive constructive feedback
