What we’re about

Just over a month into our weekly cardio dance class. Although our dancers don't register for class here, we're 4 strong and growing weekly.

One week at a time, we're building community, combining dance styles, and embracing self-empowerment through movement, team work and support. Everyone in class encourages everyone else. We have a blast and post the videos on insta and social media....don't worry, your only included in the videos IF you want to be!

Our group is open to intermediate level dancers who want to get in shape, learn new dance moves, and understand the power of music and movement. We also promote healthy living through activities like social dancing, eating well, and learning to live well. Come join us and meet other like-minded individuals who enjoy staying active, having fun, and improving themselves through dance and self-care.
