Now that the weather in Mexico City is getting better, I would love to invite you to take our yoga practice outside and reconnect with ourselves🤩
Join me for a traditional Sivananda Yoga class in english in the beautiful Parque México. Sivananda Yoga is a holistic practice that balances your body, mind and spirit.
✨ Benefits of Sivananda Yoga:
- Improves flexibility and strengthens the whole body
- Helps to keep the spine healthy
- Calms the mind and helps release stress and tension
- Activates the chakra system
This class is open to everyone — whether you’re new to yoga or already practicing, you’re welcome here!
🧘🏻♀️ What to expect:
We will practice the traditional sequence of Sivananda Yoga, including:
- Initial relaxation (Savasana)
- Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)
- A series of 12 classical postures (Asanas)
- Breathing exercises (Pranayama) and final deep relaxation (Savasana)
📍 Where: Foro Lindbergh @Parque México, CDMX
📅 When: Friday July 18 2025, 6.30-8AM
💎 Contribution: $200MXN single class, $700 pack of 4 classes
👉 What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Comfortable clothes
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen or hat if needed
- An open heart 🤍
