Through presence, movement and connection exercises, we will explore what happens when we stop controlling everything and allow ourselves to simply be. To trust. To feel. To open.
In a world where we are constantly wearing masks and rushing through life, this is a space to slow down and experience genuine human connection.
The experience is difficult to describe with words. But one thing is certain — you will leave feeling something real.
This workshop is open to anyone who feels curious and wants to explore themselves and others in a deeper, more authentic way. No experience with conscious connection practices is needed.
