Here's what most people don't say out loud about being in a pivot:

It's exhausting. Not because something is wrong — but because you're carrying the uncertainty of what's next while still showing up for everything else. While still answering "how's it going?" with something that sounds more resolved than it feels. While still trying to figure out the difference between fear that's telling you something real and fear that's just old protection software running in new conditions.

That's a lot to hold quietly.

We're bringing the Preparing to Bloom conversation online this week — because the pivot doesn't pause for a commute, and neither should the conversation about it. Whether last week's Meetup started something for you or this is your first time in the room, the invitation is the same: come as you actually are, not as you're hoping to be on the other side of this.

Date/Time: March 31, 2026 • 7 - 8 PM
Location: Online - RSVP for link

We'll talk about what it really means to move toward something new before you can see how it resolves. About why the resilience you're trying to build is probably already there, underneath the noise. About the difference between a pivot that feels like a crisis and one that feels like a question — and how to start living in the question instead of fighting your way to an answer.

Just honest conversation about changing direction from wherever you are.

Tuesday, March 31st at 7 PM — online, open, and worth your time. Hope to see you there.
