There's a word most people will do almost anything to avoid saying out loud.

Not because the feeling isn't there. It's there. It shows up in the way you scroll through your phone at 11 PM looking for something that isn't quite there. Or in the way you say "I'm fine, just been busy" when someone asks how you're doing.

The word is lonely. And we treat it like an admission of defeat.

Like loneliness is evidence of something wrong with you, something unlovable or broken or socially deficient, instead of what it actually is: a biological signal. The same way hunger tells your body it needs food, loneliness tells your system it needs connection. It's not a verdict. It's a message.

But the shame around saying it out loud keeps most people carrying it alone. Which makes it heavier and quieter widening the gap between what your life looks like and how your life feels.

This Online Meetup is for people who are tired of performing fine when they're not. No cameras required. No polished version of yourself needed. Just honest people in the same stretch being real about what isolation actually costs, and what it looks like to start letting that go.

You don't need to be okay to show up here. Showing up is the point.

Join us Thursday, June 18th at 7 PM. As you actually are.
