The Feeling Great App, a new mental wellness app for smartphones created by Dr. David D. Burns—a pioneer in Cognitive Therapy—combines cutting-edge therapeutic techniques with advanced digital technology to help you feel better quickly.
Modeled after the enthusiastically received Feeling Great Book Club, this 8-week educational group will let you work through the app alongside a supportive community. Led by CBT experts Drs. Brandon Vance and Heather Clague, you'll connect with others, gain valuable insights, see demonstrations of effective techniques, and get your questions answered.
The core of this experience lies in the small group breakout sessions where you'll engage deeply through discussions and exercises, and provide mutual encouragement and accountability, and even have fun.
