Join the Feeling Great Book Club! Together, we'll take 12 weeks to read Feeling Great by Dr. David Burns, one of the fathers of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Learn great tools to overcome depression and anxiety, and connect with a supportive community. Brandon and Heather have both trained with Dr. Burns and have been featured on the Feeling Good Podcast.

We'll have two book clubs, one that meets Mondays 4-5:20pm Pacific time, one that meets Wednesdays, 8:30-9:50am Pacific time, each for 80 minutes. Each group runs for 12 weeks. Learn more and register here. No one turned away for lack of funds.
