Group Hypnosis: Releasing Limiting Beliefs

This month we will be discussing how to release limiting beliefs that hold you back. We'll explore ways to get to the root cause of any beliefs and learn techniques to overcome them to assist you in stepping into your own innate power and confidence.

After the class, join us for a trance to assist you in mastering the art of acceptance. Stay for tea, snacks, and discussion if you like from 8:30 until 9pm or so. Please note: This is a private residence...you must RSVP and be able to safely climb one flight of stairs to attend. Attendees are welcome to a FREE copy of the trance recording upon request. Investment includes handouts, recording, snacks, and any arts & crafts.
