Early Bellevue Walking Tour (Jane's Walk)
Details
Before glass towers defined the skyline and shoppers bustled across busy pavement, Bellevue was a quiet town of dirt roads and scattered homes. The first settlers from Seattle began to drift across Lake Washington in the 1860s. Join us on a walking tour as we discover the hidden history throughout downtown Bellevue. The tour will follow Eastside Heritage Center’s recently published Walking Tour Guide, covering over 20 sites. The walk involves some stairs and hills, especially heading down to and back up from Meydenbauer Bay. Presented by Eastside Heritage Center.
