Join Feet First Neighborhood Walking Ambassadors, Chris and Val Ensor and fellow volunteers. Chris Ensor will be leading our walk this month. Please NOTE: This is a new walk and new location is at Game Farm Park not Game Farm Wilderness Park where we’ve met before. This park should be easier to find and provides more parking.
Meet be ready to walk at 10am after visiting the park restrooms. We will all walk together as one group, so please be on-time. We will not be able to wait for latecomers. Allow about 2 1/2 hours for the walk.
MEETING PLACE: Game Farm Park 3030 R St SE, Auburn, WA 98002 -not Game Farm Wilderness Park

Look for our "FEET FIRST WALK HERE" sign by the entrance to the park on 'R Street SE.' Follow the road towards the end of the parking lot.
VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE: Our meeting place in Auburn is GAME FARM PARK. It is not Game Farm Wilderness Park.
PARKING: Please park as far down the long, thin, parking lot and walk to the shelter.
RESTROOMS: There are restrooms near the shelter when you arrive.
DEPARTING ON-TIME: Please sign in with us and be ready to leave at 10 am. We will keep together as one group.
REGISTRATION: Do this when you arrive. Meet us at the park shelter close to the parking lot and restrooms.
WHAT WE WILL SEE: We will walk down the trails to beautiful Roegner Park. There are benches to rest for a snack and drink at Roegner Park plus restrooms. Arriving here, we will turn around and return. We will also enjoy views of the White River along our route.
WALK DETAILS: The walk will be about 4 miles and mostly paved with some uneven sections due to tree roots coming up through the pavement. We will all go out together and return to the same location.
ACCESSIBILITY: Most of our route will be paved, but there is one short hill (50 ft elevation gain) involved. It is reasonably suitable for those using wheelchairs, strollers, etc. Well behaved dogs are allowed on this walk.
DOG & KID FRIENDLY: This walk is dog and child friendly. However, dogs much be kept on a leash at all times and children need to be able to walk 4 miles or be carried/pushed etc. by parents.
WEATHER: Our walks take place come rain or shine!
