Running Party! (Kids Welcome)

Well folks, it's time to get, stay, and live healthier lives! We will meet promptly at 9:55 am at Silver Comet Trail-Mavell Rd Entrance in Smyrna GA at the 0.00 mile marker. We will conduct a meet and greet, stretch, and begin an hour run/walk at 10:00 am.

*Note: The weather is expected to be in the mid 50's. Please dress accordingly. In my opionion, this is one of the best trails to walk, run, roller blade, and bicylcle on. This trail leveled, 80% shaded, and goes for about 26 miles.

Everyone is encouraged to run/walk at their own comfortable pace. Bottled water and fresh fruit will be distributed after the run near the rest area.
