Free Yoga on Lido Isle (San Remo Park)

Meet in the grassy area of San Remo Park on Lido Isle, in Newport Beach. Bring your own mat, water bottles, and (if applicable) blocks, bolsters, blankets, strap, etc.

Donations are appreciated but not necessary to attend. Come start your day with a refreshing morning yoga and meditation class in the park!
