For novice to experienced, an all-level gentle yoga practice connecting our mind, body, and spirit. Vinyasa yoga connects breath with movement. Yoga builds strength, increases flexibility, and helps you find focus. Floating into a crystal sound bowl meditation, you will leave feeling relaxed, while deepening your self-awareness and connection to the divine. Mats provided. Namaste.

Instructor
Nancy Lombardo lives in Lily Dale. She is a Spiritualist Minister, Healer, and the President of the Church of the Living Spirit in Lily Dale. Nancy is a Military Veteran and Retired Police Detective with 32 years of law enforcement experience. She is a certified 300 RYI Yoga Instructor, crystal sound bowl intuitive, runner, poet, and photographer.
