Join us as we have the pleasure of hosting Josianne Fortin from Woodside Energy! Jo is an “accidental” IT & Technology leader who has spent the last 10 years leading technology and digital transformations. After completing degrees in Design and Communications, she moved to San Francisco, where she completed a master’s degree in International Relations. Josianne started her career working with technology companies in Silicon Valley before moving to Perth. She is passionate about connecting humans with technology to drive an organisation’s digital strategy, centred around customers and employees. She’s an agile practitioner and certified Product Owner.

There’s not one straight path to your IT, digital, or technology career. So how do you navigate your career choices while staying true to your values and bringing the best version of yourself to work? In this session, we will discuss some tips and tricks you can use to find out what matters to you and how you can use this as a compass to guide your personal and professional choices.
