Our mission is to bring founders, investors, and allies together to tackle the funding gap for women entrepreneurs — by breaking down barriers and getting more women into investment decision-making roles.
Women still receive just 2–3% of venture capital funding worldwide. That’s not because women lack ambition or ideas — it’s because of systemic barriers in how investment decisions are made.
This group brings together founders, investors, and allies to:
- Support female founders building innovative businesses
- Identify and address the barriers that keep women-founded companies underfunded
- Get more women into decision-making roles on boards and investment committees in funds
- Build a strong Brussels-based community of people committed to change.
