Victoria is an author and radical self-care guide helping people break free from perfectionism and rebuild self-trust. After a career at a global beauty brand, she became an intuitive eating coach and has since evolved her work to help others redefine self-care in a way that’s personal, not performative. Originally from Canada, she now lives in Porto with her husband and their miniature dachshund, Ghibli.
About the Book
Beyond Bubble Baths & Face Masks is a practical (and slightly rebellious) guide to radical self-care that challenges the feel-good fixes we've been sold. It’s for the woman who’s done everything “right” but still feels like she’s falling apart.
